  • Walk-through and review of your business model and group structure.

  • Identification of intercompany transactions (trade of goods, services, IP, financing, etc.).

  • Risk mapping and discussion of key risk areas and red flags. 

Transfer Pricing Strategy Brief (5-page document)
  • Overview of transfer pricing approach and outline of required agreement framework.

  • Recommendation for pricing methods (e.g. cost-plus, CUP, TNMM) and arm's length support.

  • Roadmap for documentation (what to prepare now vs. what can wait). 

Draft Intercompany Agreements (1 - 2 draft agreements)
  • Draft agreements such as a service agreement or IP license depending on your needs.
